Abstract
The industry is seeing a shift towards more automated and space-efficient solutions. A notable development is the patenting of new methods for vertical box balers that integrate automatic rear-end filling devices.
Unlike traditional models, this innovation allows a collecting trolley filled with loose material (such as cardboard) to be automatically lifted and dumped into a storage container. A storage pusher then moves the material diagonally upwards into the press box. This design is significant because it enables batch-wise automated operation without significantly increasing the height requirements of the machine, making it suitable for facilities with space constraints.
