Hydraulic System Failure (No Pressure / Low Pressure)
This is the most common problem. The machine may start, but the cylinder does not move, or the pressure is insufficient to compress the material.
Oil Leakage
Leaking oil not only wastes hydraulic fluid but also creates a messy working environment and indicates potential system failure. Possible Causes: Loose pipe joints: Vibration during operation can loosen the fittings. Damaged seals: O-rings or oil seals on the cylinder or valve block have deteriorated due to age or high temperature. Cracked hose: The high-pressure hose has been damaged by friction or sharp metal edges.
Incomplete Baling (Low Density / Loose Bales)
The machine produces bales that fall apart easily or are not compact enough for transport. Possible Causes: Insufficient pressure setting: The relief valve is set to a pressure lower than required. Short compression time: The machine is not holding the pressure long enough for the metal to consolidate. Incorrect material type: The machine is being used for material that is too bulky or flexible (e.g., very long steel wires) without pre-cutting.
Electrical Control System Malfunction
The machine does not respond to button presses, or the control panel displays errors.
